Our Favourite Kitchen Design Projects of 2019

2019 is quickly drawing to a close, as is our first full year of Polished Kitchen Designs. It’s been an incredibly eventful year, but one that has seen us take on some amazing kitchen design projects, meet some great people and grow Polished Kitchen to a new level.

We thought we’d use this time to take a look back on some of our favourite kitchen design projects this year, and hopefully inspire you with some of our designs. We are now taking bookings for the new year, after all!

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with every one of our clients this year. We’ve whittled all of our designs down to three projects that we think you’ll enjoy ready about. So, here they are…

1.   Mornington Beaded Shaker – Tandridge

We loved this project based on the balance of luxury and practicality, asked for by the client. Originally, the developer for this project had met with some big brand high-street names but had come away feeling underwhelmed by the designs put forward.

Having asked us to come up with a design that was not only beautiful, but also practical for a family home, we went straight ahead with design and installation. Come the end of this project there was a stunning new kitchen design, and a delighted customer, and that for us is why we do it!

Our brand-new business and bespoke service had proved a better option for our client than that of a major high-street name, and that is what Polished Kitchen Designs is all about.

2.   Fitzroy Kitchen – Horsham

This project was so much fun, mainly down to how big the redesign was. With this client asking for not only a modern and stylish kitchen, but also a layout restructure, this was one of our larger projects this year.

With a previously dated design, and one that wasn’t best suited to cooking or hosting, this customer wanted something clean, practical and modern. This project required a wall being knocked through, opening up the dining and kitchen space and allowing much more light through the rooms.

This client wanted a mix of the Fitzroy Kitchen, but with an added industrial element. The client was delighted with the results, as were we!

3.   Remo J Profile – Cuckfield

Having recently moved into their new home, the kitchen that this client previously had was dated, dark and not ideal for a family home. They wanted to open up the space with a new layout, and create a brighter, bigger and more modern kitchen design.

The client wanted to incorporate a touch of their own into the design by adding hints of green to the splashback and light shades. Adding a pop of colour can really bring a new design to life, and we think it’s worked brilliantly here.

This client was so pleased with their new design that they gave us a lovely video review. You can watch the testimonial by clicking below. You can see more of our videos by visiting our YouTube channel.

So, there you have it. A hectic but brilliant year that is quickly coming to an end. Thank you to all that have contributed to it in any way, and we have a feeling 2020 might be even better!

We are still taking bookings for end of and new year projects. To enquire about your new dream kitchen, and how we can help you, please get in touch via our contact page. You can also call us on 07708 299939.
