Sarah and Amy designed our kitchen for us as part of an extension/renovation project. From the first meeting, they were wonderful. They accommodated all of our needs and came up with suggestions we hadn't even considered to provide us with the best kitchen for our family, with the space we had to work with. They were able to suggest ways to bring costs down when we were concerned about our budget. They were always super helpful, prompt, friendly and professional. They brought so many samples for us to look at, including a variety of worktops, handles and cabinet doors which really helped us with our final choices.

The personal touch is so invaluable when a renovation can be so so stressful. They coordinated and communicated with our builder brilliantly, and oversaw the entire delivery and installation, including worktop templating/fitting. They filled me with confidence and made that part of the process seamless.

Honestly, I didn't realise how a kitchen could totally change family life, but it has. We spend so much time together as a family in there now, I'm no longer cooking on my own in another room from the family! We contacted Sarah and Amy with a rather challenging task! My wife and I live in a small Victorian cottage and previous kitchen designers had struggled to see how they could work with the space. Sarah and Amy weren't phased by this at all and came up with a design that was not only extremely practical and asthetically great, but actually managed to give us more space! They were so easy to work with -nothing was too much trouble, they gave us great advice and were very patient when we kept changing our minds about things! Their kitchen fitter Jonny was also excellent and really brought the designs and vision to life. I have worked with Amy and Sarah many times now and I have to say that each time has been flawless, service and attention to detail is second to none.  They make sure each customer is heard and they create a dream that exceeds expectations and at a great price as well.  I look forward to working with them on many more projects.

Sarah and Amy are absolutely brilliant. They carried out a few sites visits to see the space and help us decide what would work for us and what we wanted/needed from a new kitchen. They patiently listened to our ideas and suggested alternatives that could work better. They understood and cared how we use the kitchen and what seemingly small things matter.

They provided us with samples which we could keep for a few weeks to see how they changed in the light and take with us when choosing paint and flooring.

Much of the items we went for were recommendations from Sarah and Amy. They recommended really high quality products which sat within our budget.

Throughout the projects Sarah and Amy were quick to respond and always patient with our many questions. They are experts and carefully handling different preferences between a couple and finding a design and products thst keep both happy!

Having had other companies provide quotes we know that Polished Kitchens are slightly more but so worth the money for the ease, professionalism and standard provided. They didn't say yes just to please but offered even better ideas so that we can now say we cant imagine having a kitchen more perfect than ours is now. We really love and sarah and Amy made sure the experience was as stress free as possible. We would recommend them to anyone.

The kitchen fitter they use, Jonny is also incredible and did an immaculate job. He went above and beyond with extra touches and attention to detail.

I can highly recommend Polished Kitchen Designs, who have just designed our kitchen within our house renovation. Amy and Sarah are so lovely to work with, they accommodated many changes throughout our build as the space was completely new. The designs they produced were really thorough and easy to view and visualise and the range of styles they have available is brilliant. We were able to go to their suppliers showroom to view all of the products. Couldn't be happier with our kitchen, absolutely love it and really such an easy and enjoyable process with them both. Amy and Sarah were recommended to us by our builder when we were first considering updating our kitchen. From the very first meeting through the whole of the build and installation, we have been so impressed by their knowledge, design insight, attention to detail and professionalism.

The initial design process was carried out via a number of meetings where our thoughts and ideas were discussed. A couple of design concepts were proposed where it was shown how we could use our space much more effectively. The end result has been a kitchen that we love more and more each day. Everything is situated in the optimal position and the whole design works so well. For us, we did not take down any walls or undertake major structural changes, and yet the transformation of our kitchen is astounding.
